Anne E Stewart did an amazing job today at the Library. Both the teacher and students really enjoyed her storytelling and were on the edge of their seats. Anne was perfect for Harmony Day celebrations.

Kids thought it was a fun and engaging workshop

Zanni did a great job to engage our whole K-6 school of 200 students for her hour-long presentation.

Krista Bell was enchanting and she held the children's attention with stories of her family and travels and how she turns her memories into published books. The children were fascinated by the objects she had and again she was able to use each to tell a story. We loved Krista's warmth and enthusiasm and would definitely recommend her for primary school visits.

Thank you for the work you did with our girls yesterday. Students and staff alike loved your sessions, and all your books have flown out of the library doors this morning to be used in classrooms. Thank you so much!

I wanted to let you know about the success of the Writers’ block event, at Robina branch library and auditorium last Saturday. It was such a good day and the feedback we received on the speakers was overwhelmingly positive. Venero was very engaging, great to work with, and pitched his presentation perfectly for the event. He made it so easy for City Libraries to look good. Thanks for your assistance in finding excellent speakers to make this event so successful.

Gave the students a lot of terrific advice for writing. Worked well with the students.

Our student's at St Joseph's have been reading Corinne's books in for many years and were so excited for her visit. She did not disappoint, and I would highly recommend her to other organisations. She engaged the students by speaking about her writing and was open to questions from our students. Thank you so much Corinne, we cannot wait for you to visit again.

​Teachers: Jacqueline was such a wonderful presenter and has an amazing talent to entertain. Through her witty and humorous tales, she inspires children about the wonders of reading and writing and has left an impact on all children who were lucky enough to hear her.
