Nikki is the most perfect guest author for Prep to Year 3! She brought props, played a musical instrument, sang songs, encouraged the students to dance, read books and presented a drawing tutorial. We recently booked Andrew King for the Robotronica event at QUT Gardens Point. Andrew's storytelling style fitted perfectly with the First 5 Forever early literacy program. As part of our Imaginative Writing unit, we interviewed Australian children’s author, Jess Galatola about her relevant and timely children’s book, ‘Some Families Change’. This book was a wonderful read and a totally engaging juncture for our students as it brought the curriculum to life. Jess provided so many purposeful and practical strategies to our young and aspiring writers.

It was lovely to have Alison here sharing her stories and magic. The students really had a fabulous time.

We were really pleased with Kate Hunter’s presentations. She met the needs of our Year 8s and Year 11s very well. The students enjoyed her presentations, and really appreciated her real world experience in advertising, journalism and media. We would be very happy to engage Kate again next year.
