Your visit continues to inspire us at Children @ Bay Tce. Our jacaranda tree is slowly taking shape and our fairy corner is being added to everyday. We used the jacaranda pods you gave us as stepping stones and also tried them as boats.

Amanda is truly an inspiration and very well prepared with highly engaging activities. Very inspiring and we welcome her back every year to work with our students.

Kate spoke to our year 4, 5 and 6 boys about PAWS in a way which was highly engaging, and appealed to every boy’s love of dogs. She used visual stimulus and personal stories to connect well with our students. The topic of the autism spectrum was dealt with openly, sensitively and in a highly relatable way. Her presentation really helped to foster understanding and break down barriers, and I would highly recommend Kate to schools looking for a rich and valuable experience.

Our visiting students, teachers and library staff greatly enjoyed Jacqueline’s presentations during the Festival. Her adaptability, great sense of humour and professionalism shone through the various workshops that she delivered and were lively and student-centred. We have had terrific feedback from students and families who joined the library service as a result of her passion for writing and libraries.

Our student's at St Joseph's have been reading Corinne's books in for many years and were so excited for her visit. She did not disappoint, and I would highly recommend her to other organisations. She engaged the students by speaking about her writing and was open to questions from our students. Thank you so much Corinne, we cannot wait for you to visit again.

Zanni Louise recently visited Lismore Public School to introduce primary students to her new picture book Pigasus as well as her other texts written for children. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the different ways the books were presented, and the interactive component was particularly entertaining. Josie created engaging and effective writing workshops tailored for multiple year levels. Students were encouraged to carefully plan their creative writing and to show emotions rather than simply tell them strengthening their storytelling skills. The sessions were fun, helpful and exciting, leaving students motivated and inspired.

We would just like to feedback how wonderful Lisa and Tracey were. Their presentation is excellent and they worked with our younger and older classes with ease. They were delightful ladies to have - I am not sure they realise how wonderful their work is! Our year twos gave them an encore round of applause!!! We would love to do more work with these ladies in the future. If they are looking for somewhere to launch their next book - pick us!!

Leigh was incredibly well organised and extremely engaging for our entire school. He managed to run 3 sessions that were interactive and inspiring for all 900 of our students.

Samantha hosted a highly captivating, informative, and fun Storytime at our library for Book Week. Being an engaging presenter, Samantha expertly combined an array of storytelling elements, including props, music, costume, and craft into her visit.
